Privacy Policy

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and inquiry details. Your company or team name, project type and preferred start date are optional.

When you request a prototype consultation for Modoo Startup, we collect your name, phone number, participation track, idea, preferred menu and consent to personal information collection. To know which ad brought you here, we record the experiment ID, ad network, campaign name and, for search ads, the search term together with your request.

To understand how the site is used and improve our service, we automatically collect usage records such as the pages you visit, where you came from, your browser and device type, and a visitor identifier stored in a cookie. We do not store IP addresses, and the name, email, phone number and message you enter in the inquiry form are not part of these records.

Usage records are stored in an analytics service run by PostHog, Inc. in the United States. You can refuse cookies or delete stored cookies in your browser settings.

To measure ad performance and show tailored ads to people who have visited the site, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States) and the conversion tracking tool from NAVER Corporation. These tools send each company the pages you visit, whether you arrived through an ad, whether you completed a consultation request, and the online identifier stored in a cookie. Your name, phone number, company name and request details are never sent.

If you do not want tailored ads, you can block cookies in your browser or opt out in the settings below. How long each company keeps this data follows its own privacy policy.

We use it to reply to inquiries, hold phone consultations, review project scope, provide estimates and schedules, improve our services and measure ad performance.

We retain inquiry information for one year after the consultation ends and delete it without delay upon request.
